Integrate HelpDocs with Intercom to provide instant article search and sharing capabilities directly within your customer conversations.

What you can do

• Search knowledge base from Intercom Messenger
• Share rich article cards in conversations
• Configure permission groups for logged-in users

Setting it up

1. Install via Intercom App Store
2. Authorize HelpDocs access
3. Configure permission groups (optional)
4. Test article search in Messenger

Configuration

• Install via App Store — Install the HelpDocs app from the Intercom App Store
• Logged In User Permission Groups — Show users that are logged into Intercom articles from these permission groups
