Answer customer questions using your existing documentation

Overview

Connecting your HelpDocs knowledge base to Ada means your existing documentation feeds an AI agent rather than sitting in a second system. Ada reads your articles and answers customer questions from them, so you maintain content in one place and the agent picks up changes automatically.

HelpDocs provides a Chatbot Source Page built for exactly this: a single URL, optimized for AI platforms to ingest, so you point Ada at one address instead of crawling your whole help center.

What you can do

  • Answer customer questions using your existing documentation
  • Stay updated automatically when you change your articles
  • Give consistent answers across every support channel
  • Scale support without growing the team

Setting it up

  1. Head to Ada's platform and open your AI agent's knowledge settings
  2. Follow Ada's guide for importing website content
  3. When Ada asks for a website URL, give it your HelpDocs Chatbot Source Page URL, or your HelpDocs URL
  4. Let Ada import and start answering from your articles

Requirements

  • Your knowledge base must be public, or have authenticated access configured, so Ada can read it
