Feed your knowledge base to DialLink's AiVA voice agent
Add your knowledge base as a website source in a couple of clicks
Overview
DialLink lets its AiVA agent read a website, which means your knowledge base can become its source of answers without exporting anything.
One thing to watch: crawl depth and maximum pages are both configurable and both default low. If you leave them alone and you have more articles than the default allows, the crawl truncates quietly and the agent ends up knowing only part of your documentation. Set the page limit above your article count before you run it.
What you can do
- Add your knowledge base as a website source in a couple of clicks
- Configurable crawl depth and page limit
- AiVA answers calls using your published articles
- Nothing to export or maintain separately
Setting it up
- In DialLink, go to AI Settings, then Websites, then Add website
- Paste your knowledge base URL: https://your-slug.helpdocs.io
- Raise the max pages setting above your total article count
- Increase crawl depth if your categories nest more than a couple of levels
Requirements
- Your knowledge base must be public, so the crawler can read it
