Add your most-read articles to Synthflow's voice agents by URL

Paste any published article URL straight into a knowledge base entry

Overview

Synthflow accepts a URL per knowledge base entry, with no crawl and no sitemap option. That makes it a partial fit rather than a complete one: a two-hundred-article knowledge base would mean two hundred manual entries, which nobody is going to keep up.

The realistic approach is to pick your ten to twenty most-read articles and add those. Your HelpDocs analytics will tell you which ones they are, and those few articles usually cover the large majority of what callers ask about anyway.

What you can do

  • Paste any published article URL straight into a knowledge base entry
  • Works with your live articles, so there is nothing to export
  • Best paired with your analytics to pick the articles worth adding

Setting it up

  1. In Synthflow, open Knowledge Base and choose Paste from URL
  2. Open your HelpDocs analytics and sort articles by views
  3. Add your highest-traffic articles, one URL per entry
  4. Revisit the list when your top articles change

Requirements

  • Your knowledge base must be public, so the crawler can read it
