Add key articles to Cognigy Knowledge AI as web page sources

Add any published article as a web page knowledge source
Overview
Cognigy’s Knowledge AI supports web pages as a content type, so individual HelpDocs articles can become knowledge sources directly. What it does not document is a bulk crawler, which makes this page-by-page rather than one-and-done.
For a handful of important articles that is perfectly workable. For a whole knowledge base, the realistic route is a Knowledge Connector, and that is a build rather than a URL paste. Worth scoping properly before you promise it to anyone.
What you can do
- Add any published article as a web page knowledge source
- Sits inside Knowledge AI alongside your other sources
- No export: Cognigy reads the live article
Setting it up
- In Cognigy, go to Knowledge AI, then Knowledge Source, then Web Pages
- Add your highest-value article URLs, one source at a time
- For a full knowledge base, plan a Knowledge Connector instead
- Re-check your sources after a significant documentation change
Requirements
- Your knowledge base must be public, so the crawler can read it
