Setting it up

  1. In Retell AI, open Knowledge Base and choose Scrape from Webpages
  2. Paste your sitemap URL: https://your-slug.helpdocs.io/sitemap.xml
  3. Let Retell import the articles it finds
  4. Leave dynamic syncing on so future changes are picked up
