Add your knowledge base to Kaily.ai as a sitemap data source, synced daily

Takes your sitemap directly as a data source

Overview

Kaily.ai accepts a sitemap directly and shows you the links it extracted before anything is committed, so you can see exactly what the assistant will read.

Auto-sync can run daily, weekly, or on a custom schedule. Daily is the sensible default for a knowledge base that changes as often as most do.

What you can do

  • Takes your sitemap directly as a data source
  • Shows the extracted links for review before you commit
  • Auto-sync on a daily, weekly, or custom schedule
  • Your articles stay in HelpDocs

Setting it up

  1. In Kaily.ai, go to Data sources, then Website
  2. Paste your sitemap URL: https://your-slug.helpdocs.io/sitemap.xml
  3. Review the extracted list of links
  4. Set auto-sync to daily so new articles are picked up
